Gismaps Viewer is a GIS viewer that can be used for geospatial analysis and map production.
The main features are:
- read Shape files using geographic coordinate system
- view satellite images (MrSid, jpeg, bmp and tiff file formats)
- generate thematic maps, queries and labels
- export do Google Earth KML (shp2kml)
- configure map colors and symbols
- create and save projects
- print, export and save maps
- map annotations (text, line, circle and rectangle)
- measurement tools (linear and radius)
- open data grid
- save map extents to be recovered later
- multiple map windows
Installation requirements:
- Windows XP or Server 2000
- 256 Mb RAM
- Pentium or compatible (500Mhz)
- Windows Explorer or compatible (for documentation)
